Dr. Katharine Dill, B.S.W., Res Dip. S.W., M.S.W., Ph.D., Executive Director

Prior to returning to graduate school to complete her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, Katharine spent sixteen years in child welfare as a front-line staff member, supervisor, agency trainer and project manager. She has taught clinical, community-based, and research courses in the Masters of Social Work program at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto. She has also taught in the Bachelor of Social Work Program at Renison College at the University of Waterloo. Her previous research has focused on child welfare supervision, kinship care and program evaluation. Katharine is currently enrolled in the Diploma in Social Services Administration program at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto. She has used this valuable learning experience to contribute to a greater knowledge and appreciation of organizational change and effectiveness as it relates to the evolving PART program.  She has recently edited two publications: Implementing Evidence-Informed Practice—International Perspectives (Dill & Shera, 2012) and  Improving the Educational Achievement of Young People in Out-of-Home Care (Dill & Flynn, 2012). These publications are based on material presented at two of PART’s learning events.

Auriole Fernandes, Program Assistant/Events Coordinator

Auriole Fernandes has been employed with PART as a Program Assistant/Events Coordinator since 2008. She is often the first person that member agencies have contact with. She supports members with everything from conference registration, webinars and webcast bookings. Auriole has over 25 years of working experience in the administrative field and has a diploma in Business Administration. She is currently working towards her certification in Project Management.

 

 

 

Matt Hollingshead, M.S.W., Research Assistant

Matt Hollingshead, M.S.W., Research AssistantMatt is a graduate of the Master of Social Work program at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto, having previously earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University in Ottawa.  Prior to completing his graduate degree, Matt worked with the Ontario Association of Food Banks as the Agricultural Projects Coordinator. He has also facilitated workshops for social work students with the Enriched Support Program at Carleton University.
